Kate Fisher is a strategist & researcher for the federal government, based in Brooklyn.

Currently I am at the Lab at OPM, a federal government innovation team, using applied research, capacity building, and participatory design toward strengthening government.

Before the Lab, I was working for 3×3, United Nations, Engine Room, SDI, and African Centre for Cities as a researcher and strategist helping public sector agencies and nonprofits collaborate with their stakeholders and glean insights from applied research to frame, design, test, and measure innovative plans, programs, and policies that unlock social value and improve how organizations serve people.
